We remember with gratitude Late Very Rev. Fr. Joe E. Wickramasinghe who is the founder - Rector of the branch school. He happily accepted the request made by the then Auxiliary Bishop, of Colombo, Most Rev. Dr. Oswald Gomis to establish a branch school in Gampaha. It was declared open by Most Rev. Nicholas Marcus Fernando the then Archbishop of Colombo in 1993. The successive Rectors Rev. Fr. Felician Ranjith and Rev Fr. Travis Gabriel too have had a great concern for the branch school. Each in turn introduced many facilities for the betterment of the students. May God reward them abundantly.......FULL TEXT OF THE SPEECH....... F
